my father just come home with a new weight-measurer (i'm sorry but i don't remember how you say in english:-D) and i had these results (consider i'm 17yrs old):

height: 5,10
weight: 133 lbs
fat percentage: 9,0%

how good is it? consider that i want a ripped and quite muscular body (i'm already very cut)... it's the fat percentage good or too low or too high?

If you're 9% body fat, that's good. That's usually where you want to be after cutting. (from 8%-10%)

It's called scales :]

If you want to look muscular at 5'10" you might want to gain some serious weight. Probably around 50-60 pounds if you want the muscular look, the more slim and cut look, add 30 pounds.

Fat percentage is good.
