Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

I've been doing a lot of reading and this is my first post. As a guy, that can naturally talk to women, I have been coming to find that meeting women on the internet is harder than I thought. I think my main problem is the fact that I don't smile in my profile pictures. I tend not to smile, because I don't think I look attractive when I do it. I do however try to communicate through eye contact and other forms of body language other than smiling. I try to smile and I actually feel awkward doing it. I'm a happy person, just don't like smiling all that much. Does anyone see this being a problem in the attraction department?

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

yeah but...

That's part of the problem. When I fake a smile I feel like it actually looks fake. Well... I'm going out tonight, I'll see what happens at the club.
