Intersting stuff, as long as any newbies know not to overdo or overanalyze any of it.

For the newbies here: the only thing you want to focus on too much is making sure your own body language isnt signalling betaness, or closed off, or negativity. Dont sit there trying to analyze some chicks body language, any more than noticing whether she's very open to you, or closed off, and if she's closed off, just lighten the mood a little. Dont let it affect the interaction!

Its insteresting to know some of this stuff, but you cant get too caught up in it.

Yup, totally correct. For the average PUA, a lot of it is way overdoing things. Doesn't hurt to know the stuff to work your way through life though. Comes in very handy.
