“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm 5'6" and currently 145lbs. I am bulking up from 125lbs.
My body image is still the same when I look over myself.
I still see the same 105lb twig I use to be when I look in the mirror.

A digital weight scale doesn't really take into account if I'm just packing on some pounds in my gut.

So I figure that I should start tracking my progress using a tape measure rather than just by using a weight scale.

Is there a chart somewhere that can give me an idea of what to shoot for? For instance wrist, bicep, waist, thighs.
Something that'll give me an idea of how many inches my biceps should be for my height?

I'm mostly shooting for a physique like Brad Pitt in Snatch. And at the very most, I wouldn't want a physique any bigger than Marcus Schenkenberg.

Thanks.

wrist, forearm, waist

actually, buy a set of accumeasure calipers, they're like $20. you can measure your BF% with the calipers and get a real idea of what you're putting on when you go up in weight.

I don't take these things 100% seriously, just as a guidline. There are parts I would like to be larger and stuff, and same with smaller.

Awesome, thanks.
Just what I was looking for.

It'll give me a general idea of what to shoot for.

I'm doing a three day split: bench/curls, squat, deadlift (abs, wrists on off-days). But the gains aren't consistent throughout my body. This will help me pinpoint areas I need to put extra work into...like my wrists/forearms.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

The gains won't be consistant. It has to do with the larger/smaller nature of certain muscle groups.
