"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Has anyone tried this system? Is it any good?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

The Great USA!
A friend of mine used it and swears by it. I think he was on it for about 6 months with great results, got off it while his wife was pregnant, and is starting it up again now. I think it's a great program, especially for those with a little too much fat who don't really want to get 'huge'.

It's a good start. Make that an excellent start. The book is fun to read, presents a fascinating perspective on how and why you can change your body, and it's certainly worth a trip to the library.

Nothing "break-thru" but a great way to start things off and to get motivated. I had some luck with it a few years ago.

Yes and no

I have read his book and it's a life style I have been trying to live for years. I'm not super strict with my diet, but i do eat pretty "clean". I don't take and cannot afford all the suppliments Bill Phillips suggests, but by eating small multiple meals through out the day, I managed to stay fairly lean. (Supp's; Protein, Creatine, HMB, Multi Vitamin, Glutamine, DHEA, ZMA, & a Fat Burner). Maybe I do take too many Supp's.

I work out more than he suggests, but I enjoy it. It's what I do for entertainment. The gym is also the center of my social life.

Shawn Phillips has a book out too. AbSolution. I bought it, but haven't read it yet. I think he's pushing a product.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

With all due respect to those of you who have used this program, f*ck Bill Phillips and his magazine and company. I hate the man, he is a pure sell out, and I love how everything is only achieved through his EAS supplements, which are actually good quality but I still hold a grudge against the man for turning his once great magazine into a piece of sh*t. Anyways, I hate the program, Ive found some more specialized, "crazier" workouts to be more effective, try www.testosterone.net for some more information on those.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
