some days when i look in the mirror, i look slimmer than i did however many days ago, and some days i look much bigger than i did however many days ago. Am i bloated? which foods are causing this?

Do you drink plenty of water?

Lower your sodium intake
Drink lots of water
Eat natural diuretics or foods high in pottasium

Speaking of consuming lots of water, sometimes I read that lots of water intake will give you more water weight, and sometimes I read that drinking lots of water will lower your water weight and help make you look more ripped. Which is it?

Drinking more water or just water throughout the day will signal to your body that hey we're no longer dehydrated lets release some of this retained water we've been carrying.

So basically it loses you water weight not the other way around.
