Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
All I can say is, it's about time. The end of the adulterous gravy train
No, it's helping to make sure that the guy being held responsible was actually responsible for the child. The proliferation of these tests is worrisome to Nina Selvaggio, president of the National Organization for Women's Massachusetts chapter. Not because she thinks they shouldn't be available, she says, but because ''it's perpetuating a culture that says there's a way to get out of being responsible."
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I will donate my DNA to them and spread my seed that way-without the obligation.
However, on the other side of the coin, if you found out that your "son" wasn't yours, what would you do then? What if it was 3 years later? 5? Would you feel like you wasted your time because you were raising someone elses kid?Originally posted by spider_007
COWARD
An abligation of a man is to be a FATHER some day, and raise a MENTALY helthy child (not an orphin). Part of the responsability of a man/father is to take care of the family, including his woman and his child. I do how ever agree that every child should be tested to make sure who the father is. We live in an age where "we all sleep around". Men and woman. NO BODY (WOMAN OR MEN) can be trused in this situation because there IS A LOT riding on the results. The entire lives of pepole involved can be changed ON ONE DECISION (of a scared emotional woman). If I ever found out I had a son somewhere, I WOULD take the resonsability, and I WOULD be a good father no metter what.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
It is. It's called "Springer" or "Maury".Originally posted by dietzcoi

No. You'd love your kid, even though he isn't related to you at all. However, what this brings into it is the hell of a divorce. I'm lucky; my parents divorced before I was self-aware. Most kids don't have that privilege.
this might be just MY point of view but yes you are. You are gona let some poor woman try and raise your son by her self, just so that your not inconvenianced. I was raised by a single mother, I know haw though it was for her. If you are not gona be a man, and take your responsability as a father, then you shouldn't be alowed to have kids.Originally posted by Luveno
I'm going to bypass all that drama by being a father in only the biological sense. It is a choice and does not make me a coward.
yes the rules have changed. I agree. But if you do run into that rare breed of quality women, I hope your not too blined by the ignorance and are able to recognize happynessOriginally posted by Luveno The rules have changed. This is not the all-american 50s anymore with the "nuclear family". Welcome to Babylon. I'm going to look out for my own interests first in this world.[/B]
Well considering that this is internat and that there are many nationalies on there, from meny different countries, and some of who speak more then one or two languages, i'd say im doing puirty damn good. As for my boss, he is a fvckin engineer, and he isn't much better at it then me. (i'll excuse your ignorance for now)Originally posted by Luveno Also, learn how to spell. It will save you future embarrassment from someone who counts, like your boss. [/B]
