"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Every single time in a relationship where I've showed significant feeling/emotion it has come back to bite me. By no means did I go overboard, I was simply being human. I think there's a double standard out there and sometimes feel guys aren't allowed to express themselves fully. When they do it is seen as weakness.
Even if she is describing what you are feeling (saying how good it feels when you hold her, etc), it's still not safe to express feelings. It's not even safe to say you feel the same way.

Are we really supposed to believe that our ancestors felt zero emotion, ever? Did women always punish men for being human? Is it the key of feminism, the idea that men should be infinitely strong? A man who shows zero emotion ever is called a Sociopath.

In the past, I think the bond women felt when they had sex was stronger than the loss of attraction they felt (if they ever did then) regarding him showing occasional emotion. I think promiscuity is the cornerstone that underwrites this horrible female philosophy.

I can see how a man shouldn't always be emotional, but when women want to be like "AHA! I saw you care about something!! You're not infinitely strong! No second chances!" it's almost pathological.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Feminism has simultaneously given women strength and ruined the normal functioning of male/female gender dynamics. They only have themselves to blame!

I definitely see this, its pretty obvious with women that I've dated......the ones that were more promiscuous had a harder time bonding through secks.

It is part of the mystery of attraction. If you repeat, "I love spending time with you too" or other stuff like that, they know they got you. You can throw them a bone once in a while, but in all reality, you have to keep most of what you feel to yourself, especially early on in the bonding process.

The difference is at some point I attach while these women never attach fully. I say this because as material circumstances change (or any other random reason) they detach if not outright sabatoge things as opposed to me who only detaches for some of the most flagrant abusive behaviour.
This is true. The worst part is this happens with women you thought were head over heels for you. I've had it happen just hours after great sex. Usually it's like a balloon popping. There is no warning and no putting it back together. And since women live with zero sense of honor, they simply walk away regardless of anything they had promised. Men, being experts at this scenario, naturally have a traumatic reaction at some level. Women do everything to make us care, right down to their hair and makeup and outfits, and then they punish us if we actually, eventually care (and the amount of time it takes before we are permitted this seems to be getting longer and longer, now it's around 3-6 months). They would never be a member of a club that would have THEM as a member. This couldn't happen back in the days when we didn't have the welfare state (and/or 20 beta males along with a woman shameless enough to leverage them) backing them up. Feminism and the welfare state are simply enabling their innate corruption (by design, to undermine the family) and they exploit it to the maximum. How is any child safe when women are like this?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
