"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hello! :)

My story:
Saw a really pretty girl, and found her on facebook. First day she was like whatever, then a week later we talked some and really had some fun. The other day i mannaged to get her out on a drink...thats really amazing that she even said yes to a complete stranger on facebook ... it was kind of awkward..not too quiet though. She was shy, we even look into eachothers eyes a bit, but then looked away or she just started smiling :)
Now im obsessed I just wanna see her again, talk to her anything, im being too annoying andtalk with her 2 much...
What should i do? I cant help myself shes on my mind 24/7.

What do you guys do when you get into this? What should I do to not think about her...leave her alone for a couple of days and then maybe invite her out again?

Thanks :)

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Dedicate yourself to your hobbies for a few days. Too much contact in the beginning is a bad start (had to learn this the hard way).

I know!
When we came home 5hours later i said if she wants to go anywhere (she actually said come to "a place" im there with my friends...it was raining like hell and also i was too afraid to meet her friends.
The other day i saw her in the disco (she was too wasted :/ )
Then the other day I asked her out and she said she has too much of a hangover... but still there were like a ton of dumb booring uselles conversations between those events...
I kind of f***ed up already a bit , If i slow down now maybe there is still hope..

Yea hobbies will help and no more facebook :D
Thanks, it is a lot easyer to talk with someone about it then just hold it in :)

Its best to go from event to event, invite to invite. That means not having small talk conversations in between those. If you want to text her but you have nothing to say ("Hey whats up?" texts...) just dont send it.

If youre excited about someone, you can admit it, just admit it in the context of the next invitation to meet up.

can I get some help on how to invite her out this week?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
