You can't tease a female friend unless she's attracted to you. The only way you can make her attracted to you is to be your best around her at all times. You need to look your best, dress your best, don't act goofy or silly, and make sure you smell your best.

You have to play into the fantasy of what she wants. In retrospect, you will realize she wasn't worth the work or trouble, but your ego will benefit from it.
