Low interest. When a girl is interested in a guy, most of the time they respond with some upbeat message. If she has low interest, she will complain/negativity.. I would ask her out immediately, no small talk. "Lets get a drink so you can forget about your shiet day, hows 7pm at x place sound?" if she says no and doesn't counter, you already know.

Advice from the old lady:

OK I get that she's cute. But she's quite negative in attitude. The things the men are advising you may well work to get her out on a date, and if you get her out on a date you might get somewhere with her, etc. I just cannot see her being a whole bunch of fun if she is this negative with you so quickly.

I'm floored by what I hear women saying to men at times. Nobody wants to hand around a drag, a nag or a (-) Nancy.
