Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

Morning, afternoon, or evening?
Different from person to person, I guess. I think everyone should do what they feel is best for them. That's probably the right decision.

All of the above.

Whichever you choose, stick with it for a while and your body will adjust.

I used to lift in the evening and I thought people who lifted in the morning were nuts. The mornings were my supposed low energy period...

Howerver, I was in an accident last year and didn't start lifting until January again. I started in the morning, lightly, and have been steadily increasing. I'm a morning guy now. I can't even imagine coming home after work and lifting. That is my new downtime!

It's a matter of training your body to adjust.
