I'm doing a three way split routine, which basically means I cycle through all my muscle groups in 3 days. So first day Shoulders and back, second day Chest and Biceps, third day Triceps and legs. All spaced out by one day to rest.
My question is, does it matter which muscle groups you pair up on a day, would it be more effective to do chest and tricipes one day, and back and biceps another. Is there any difference?
