my ex wife was pretty ill in the early stages of having out kids, once over that plateau, the sex returned, IT SHOULDNT BE A PROBLEM!!!

Sometimes women use the sex as a hook they get the baby and the sexy time heads south, fortunately mine didnt.

if she is genuinely ill, not much you can do, if she can find time for other pleasurable pursuits then sex should be one of them too and you are being short changed if its not on the table
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
