"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

The range we are in 9-10% is nothing to be dancing around to,anyone can reach it easily. Granted it's o.k. but to have even less fat would be awesome! This is the exact reason why I'm overweight for the class I would be in amatuer shows.
I don't dance about my bf% lol. I don't stay at low bf% to impress you lol. The point is, 10% of my weight is fat. And it's going to remain at 10% so I can keep my muscle growth at it's best, and I'll cut so I'll be good by summer.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

You think that's eating a lot? All I see is refined carbs and very little protein.

You should be eating a minimum of 240g protein/day, that's 1.5g/lb of your bodyweight, but 320g would be optimal. Depending on your body type, you can fiddle with the rest of your diet. Preferably cut out all those refined carbs, (breads, pasta, cereal, fruit juices, candy) and the milk.

Good sources of protein:

meat (chicken, turkey, beef, some lamb)
eggs
some dairy if you tolerate it

Fish would be a great source of protein if it wasn't so contaminated.

Eat lots of fibrous vegetables and some whole fruits, (more veggies than fruit).

You can use one of the many nutritional calculator thingies online to calculate how much protein, calories etc. you're getting a day.

Basic supplements you should always take and when on a budget:

decent multivitamin
fish/cod liver oil
green/white tea (not really a supplement unless you use the extract)

I'd also add extra vitamin C, zinc and magnesium, which are all cheap.

Post workout you need fast digesting protein (whey) and carbs (maltodextrin, dextrose) like shaun said on the first page.

Oh and post up your workout routine.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Not all at once ofcourse lol.

@original poster

You should be eating every 2-3hrs, which works out to 6-8 meals a day.

So let's say you're having 6 meals, you should have about 40g of protein for each of these meals. Your carbs should change throughout the day, and the carbs should be the highest(fat lowest) before and after your workout. Keep you fat(unsaturated fat) high before bed.
Pretty simple. Muscle builds over time, so you take in 40g every 2-3hrs, so your muscles are always getting fed.

Fish (cod, haddock etc), whey powder, egg white protein powder, cottage cheese, blah blah blah :) The ones listed so far by the lads above are all you really need. At least 1.5g/lb of bodyweight each day, but preferably up to 2g/lb (and even slightly higher if you can).

It's not as hard as it seems once you get into the swing of it.
