"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

When you guys are working out, do you abstain from beer and alcohol? I don't drink a whole bunch, maybe a few if I go out to a club on the weekend, but I've never been the type that keeps a 6 pack in the fridge or drinks much at home.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

You seem like a casual drinker and I do not believe that your consumption would be an issue working out...it depends on your goals though...which would be?

My goal is a beach body, not a huge powerlifter body. Although I'm glad to gain all the strength I can.

Moderate drinking is ok, but I define moderate as maybe once a week, socially, not drinking to get wasted. I drink maybe once every week or two, and I rarely exceed 5 drinks or so. Drinking interferes with protein synthesis, as well as the REM stage of sleep which is essential for growth and recovery.

If you want the beach body then definitely don't drink beer.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Drink straight tequila only. That way you don't get fat. (not a joke)

I made a post about this earlier but couldn't find it.

If you absolutely have to drink beer make sure it is light beer. However, I make an exception to this, as I'm a huge beer connoisseur and so will have a single quality beer every once in a while regardless of how many calories it has.

Your best bet is to drink liquor and mix it with diet soda. Clear drinks have less calories than colored drinks, so for example instead of drinking spiced rum drink white rum. My staple is bacardi and diet coke.

Vodka is the liquor containing the least amount of calories, but I can't stand the stuff. If you like vodka then drink vodka.

Also, avoid eating after consuming alcohol at all costs. Your body will prioritize processing the alcohol over anything else you consume, so you will gain more body fat than if you ate the same food sober.

As Jlay mentioned above - if you really have to drink, drink light beer. Why? There are 13 times more calories in regular beer than in wine.

Trying to track calories while drinking beer.....waste of time. If your drinking beer to begin with you really don't care about how your body looks.

Is it less harmful for your body to drink hardbar/wine then? I never touch beer.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Alcohol is alcohol. 10 beers, 10 glasses of wine, and 10 shots will all get you drunk, but beer has the most calories and carbs, followed by wine, followed by booze. Personally I hate hard liquor, but to each his own.

I took off 30 lbs in the last few months while drinking 1-2 times a week. A little bit of cardio but not much and not often.

Just take a guess and moderate calories down that day to compensate for the drinks.

Having to nail your exact calories every day is hogwash.

Higher concentrations of alcohol will be more irritating to your gastric mucosa. If you have a propensity for getting GI bleeds, or are a regular user of NSAIDs, its best to avoid binge drinking w/ large amounts of hard liquor.

Personally I hardly drink beer. I only typically drink when I'm performing/partying, and since beer and abs don't mix, I stick to my hard liquor... w/o any mix.

This isn't true at all. MGD64 only has 64 calories per beer, which is about the same as a rum and diet (Captain Morgan Spiced Rum has about 60 calories per serving, while Bacardi White Rum has about 50).

Calories don't mean anything when it comes to obtaining a nice physique. Learn to eat real and healthy food w/o additives and you can become a statue without ever learning what a calorie is.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

So you're saying that if you eat "real and healthy food w/o additives" in excess of your daily calorie maintenance level that you will "become a statue"?

Actually, if you already eat to excess and switch it out with a healthier diet, you would lose some weight. I've done it before it and happens. Imagine eating the same amount of vegetables to equal the amount of calories as a large order of fries. Same as something baked versus fried. Most of those additives just turn into fat as a way to keep most of them from spreading to your body or make you bloat up from retaining water if it has a lot of salt.

You can become a statue off eating unlimited amounts of real food, provided you know how to work out and perform the right amount of cardio. I've been eating this way the past 3 years and wouldn't change it for the world. I never ever count anything that I eat other then protein. I even eat a whole cantaloupe,2 bananas,4 lbs of strawberries a day almost everyday in the summer(that not even counting all the protein and other fruits and wheat I eat) and I never get fat from it. Only bloated which I can completely eliminate within 24 hours.

It's not just my metabolism. I have 3 other lifting buddies who I've taken info from and developed into my dieting that have the same results and some are near 40.
