When you guys are working out, do you abstain from beer and alcohol? I don't drink a whole bunch, maybe a few if I go out to a club on the weekend, but I've never been the type that keeps a 6 pack in the fridge or drinks much at home.
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

My goal is a beach body, not a huge powerlifter body. Although I'm glad to gain all the strength I can.kbear0101 said:You seem like a casual drinker and I do not believe that your consumption would be an issue working out...it depends on your goals though...which would be?
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Higher concentrations of alcohol will be more irritating to your gastric mucosa. If you have a propensity for getting GI bleeds, or are a regular user of NSAIDs, its best to avoid binge drinking w/ large amounts of hard liquor.green69 said:Is it less harmful for your body to drink hardbar/wine then? I never touch beer.
This isn't true at all. MGD64 only has 64 calories per beer, which is about the same as a rum and diet (Captain Morgan Spiced Rum has about 60 calories per serving, while Bacardi White Rum has about 50).blinkwatt101 said:Trying to track calories while drinking beer.....waste of time. If your drinking beer to begin with you really don't care about how your body looks.
Calories don't mean anything when it comes to obtaining a nice physique. Learn to eat real and healthy food w/o additives and you can become a statue without ever learning what a calorie is.JLay87 said:This isn't true at all. MGD64 only has 64 calories per beer, which is less than a rum and diet.

So you're saying that if you eat "real and healthy food w/o additives" in excess of your daily calorie maintenance level that you will "become a statue"?Calories don't mean anything when it comes to obtaining a nice physique. Actually, if you already eat to excess and switch it out with a healthier diet, you would lose some weight. I've done it before it and happens. Imagine eating the same amount of vegetables to equal the amount of calories as a large order of fries. Same as something baked versus fried. Most of those additives just turn into fat as a way to keep most of them from spreading to your body or make you bloat up from retaining water if it has a lot of salt.JLay87 said:So you're saying that if you eat "real and healthy food w/o additives" in excess of your daily calorie maintenance level that you will "become a statue"?

You can become a statue off eating unlimited amounts of real food, provided you know how to work out and perform the right amount of cardio. I've been eating this way the past 3 years and wouldn't change it for the world. I never ever count anything that I eat other then protein. I even eat a whole cantaloupe,2 bananas,4 lbs of strawberries a day almost everyday in the summer(that not even counting all the protein and other fruits and wheat I eat) and I never get fat from it. Only bloated which I can completely eliminate within 24 hours.JLay87 said:So you're saying that if you eat "real and healthy food w/o additives" in excess of your daily calorie maintenance level that you will "become a statue"?
