"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I would say that she is breaking up with you.
The good thing for you is that she seems like she is willing to discuss about it because she was open about the reasons why the relationship doesn't work for her, and she took the time to tell you that you're a great guy.

I say meet her as soon as you both have time and have a nice talk about this. Let her do the talking and ask her to explain what she means when she says that you don't make her feel good about herself. If it's stuff that you can fix, tell her you'll work on that because you think you've got a nice relationship and you think you guys have a lot of potential together.

See her reaction, and if she's willing to continue the relationship then you can keep her for some time.

Having said all that, i still think that she is breaking up with you and your chances seem pretty slim to keep her at this moment. But have a talk with her and see for yourself. Good luck budy!

I'd say she's breaking up with you, even if she doesn't fully realise it yet, which puts you in a good spot to do it first! Ha!
But I don't know, I wouldn't even be interested in a girl who spells like that, personally.

Quick question; what made you believe things were going well? What exactly was so great about the relationship?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Well its kind of weird but i know why she feels like a walkover...We are not exclusively together as a couple but i go to hers quite often n would have sex with her....to me that was fine and i dont wanna change nothing...i thought it was all good because you know we talked, went out together had sex, you know....then out two friends start being exclusive to eachother n she changes or that might be in my head i dunno...

am gonna go around l8r on tonight anyway n talk it out..she told me she doesnt wanna stop seein me but i dunno maybe i should end it?

Wow have I heard this bull**** before.

This is what I did when I got the "I'm confused about us" line. I said to her.
"If you're confused, maybe we should just take a week off. That way it will give you time to clear your head and figure out what you want. Call me in a week and let me know what you decide" *click*

This pretty much subtly tells her "If you're going to behave like that piss off, I don't need you, I'm not needy, I'm not clingy."

Some dudes wouldn't give her a week, but I usually do. Women thrive on attention, and if you suddenly stop giving it to them, they begin to panic and beg you to come back into their life.

I've done this twice, and two days later they usually call and want to talk. Don't let them beat around the bush though, the first question that should come out of your mouth is. "Have you decided?"

Bro, bro, bro, broooooo.

your not in deep shi1t yet.

set up a day to meet with her and talk. No ones perfect and she prbly realizes that, therefor she told you whats bothering her about you.

easy

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

So you felt that the relationship was great because you were getting what you wanted from it (basically sex). Do you have any idea what she wants (expects)?

I think this is quite common. Women can sometimes feel neglected or undermined, or generally don't feel their emotional needs are being met. When you are in a relationship, it's time to drop the ****y and funny and neghits. They're not needed, you got the girl.

My advice is to say or do something to make her feel special every so often. You dont have to go scattering rose petals around the room or writing poetry, but pay attention to little things. When she gets dressed up to go out, tell her she looks gorgeous tonight. Send her the odd text and say you miss her or can't wait to see her.

Just to explain a common misunderstanding on this forum. There is nothing wrong with compliments, gentlemanly and romantic behaviour UNLESS you are doing it to persuade a woman to like you. In that context it is desperate. However, if you've been dating for a while or you're in a relationship, these gestures are usually very appreciated! It's all about context...like most things.

she broke up with you in a text message and mispelled common words like : don't know
something
good
don't
walking away

i find it very rude and dishonest. i think she has met someone else personally.

you know what i was so into this whole dj stuff i realise i almost ****ed this one up...thanks alot man for pointing this out

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Penkitten is spot on. Text message break up, saying you aren't offering what she needs etc, which leaves the question..

If she says you don't fulfill her, who is?

Possibly someone else. Hence the cowardly attempt at breaking up without doing it to your face.

Regardless, her attempt at ditching you was really rude.

Personally I think the text was a bluff. It was a way of letting you know that something serious needs to change.

That's how I read it anyway.

I have done it myself too. I've read about a lot of people on this forum doing it too. Hope that helps.
