"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hey guys. I got a small problem and Im not to sure how to go about it so Im asking you guys. I was arguing with some kid on my bus and hes basically a loser, anyway he said people talk **** behind my back. He told me a few names, only 1 I recognized as being popular. Anyway they say stuf like Im a p*ssy or im a follower stuff like that. I dont know who any of them are. So I was wondering what I should do about it? I was just going to quit worryingand if they wanted to do something about it they would come say it to me instead of behind my back like p*ssys. Do people just hate like this all the time?

Be more concerned that you are letting a looser push your buttons. Even if people are talking behind your back, they are still afraid to say anything to your face. Your looser friend recognizes this and is hoping that you will react to it and alienate yourself from the others by doing something stupid.

I agree. So what if someone called you a ************. Nobody cares and neither should you. If you take offence everytime someone calls you a bad name your never going to make it through life.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
