“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

Seems correct in theory, I've never done it though. Try doing high intesity cardio though, like sprints and agility work. This way you'll minimize any muscle loss and maximize the fat loss.

Sometimes I wish I never found this forum. There are so many conflicting theories. Diesel says that gaining mass is the easy part, which Warboss Alex disagrees with. Throttle says take in all the protein you can get your eyes on, while Zero says too much protein hurts your gains. What is considered too much protein anyways. I almost think you are better off not knowing some of this stuff because it becomes too complicated and confusing. Becoming healthy should be a fun journey, not a chore. Because of this site I second guess my self everytime I workout I'm afraid of burning up my muscle, or becoming too big, etc. etc.

It's not "because of this site" bud, it's because of you!

It's your inability to take a piece of advice that makes sense to you, and TRY IT OUT. Don't look for the right path before you start, you'll never find it. Everyone's different and responds to different methods, so your only way to get the results you want is to do trial and error, not sit on the sidelines looking for the holy grail.
