Chatted up the local bartender. Talked up my friends in pro tennis. Also my side hustle/ business. She ate that stuff up. Bartender ladies had a break also ran into a hooters girl on the way to local bar. A real cold lady compared to a woman trying to make tips. Stark differences with a girl I recently chatted on a train in medical field. Finally after ordering a meal and a happy hour drink later decided to call it a night/nite. Didn't out right ask for phone number due to being professional. Likely I'll follow up next month reality is a local bar is a step up compared to Hooters or Fridays which in my city I'm sure has more sharks than anything. Or if you have a Gordon Biersh in your city really recommend a place like that to chat up gain social proof. Mall game is also warming up. Vantage out

I'm a regular at one of the bars in my town. I don't know why, but I'd never chat up a bartender there... I guess it's a matter of "don't sh*t where you sleep". I'm actually friends with quite a few of them, and do socialize with them when they aren't working, but it would just seem to awkward to chat them up, especially when they are just trying to do their job.

I get numbers from Hooters girls in Miami all the time, I even took my 18 year old cousin and he got numbers too in pretty much any place I took him. He’s not even attractive lol but he’s confident and actually asks for the number/insta it actually made me proud, at 18 I was doing 0 approaches.

Modern day Brad Pitt.. Growing up in a generation on friends and boy meets world 15 years back betas/afc were not that bad. Guys were mostly realistic if anything. I still rep some basis on Tom hodges. After David deangelo initial guiding pua everything was more forward. I still support spinning plates to this day

My best advice for gaming strippers, waitresses, bartenders, and any female that has a job that faces the general public is simple.

Don't meet these women at their workplaces. Find a way to meet these women when they are off duty and you're far more likely to be successful. The typical college educated, white collar worker male doesn't have a day to day life that would allow for him to meet strippers, bartenders, waitresses, and retail workers while they are off duty and get together with them regularly.

I was able to once meet a stripper while she was off duty. I was in college and playing a pickup game of a sport on campus. A woman joined for the pickup game one evening. She was attractive and I made conversation. She was not only a college student but also a part time stripper. I got her number and set up a date. She flaked on the interaction prior to sex. The timing of her flake was notable because it occurred in the mid-2000s, a few years before the first iPhone was released. The release of the first iPhone coincided with a massive increase in female flaking.

I started that stripper interaction the right way though.

Men who don't work the typical 8:30 AM-5:30 PM office jobs Monday-Friday are better positioned to meet these types of women because their lifestyle is more of a match with theirs.

Obviously if the OP has her number already he should pursue it. But my argument is why attempt to get a number from a group of people who are desensitised to begin with.

I have to argue here that it may sound weak going for women in restaurant industry. They have taken a huge hit. What's their chink in their armour? Women in general by todays standards have a hugh chink in their armour (the pandemic) How many of those women can't get those valuable days in their early thirties back. Bartenders today may be short 30-50k in lost wages. By far if we go by lost wages and increase in bodyfat(thank you gym closures) These Hooters girls and local bartenders are more human. I'll go by that these untouchable types of women are more down to earth. I'll say this much back in 2018 a bartender that's a clear hb9 barely talks to me compared to today. P.s.- Think about the women actually that got fired from the restaurant industry for not getting in line for pfizers shot. Where are they today? You don't see our president nursing his fellow democrats who lost their jobs in the pandemic. Which goes for most minorities and women in restaurant/travel industry.

If its about age and approaching bartenders in their late thirties and forties, why not improve your chances and approach a non bartender in their late thirties and forties?

There is more chance of a woman in her late thirties or forties getting approached by other men if they work in a bar than if they work in an office. Why go for the more difficult option?

My pub game wasn't too bad 15 years ago. Met Kate beckinsale/Elizabeth Hurley/ Victoria Beckam all of them were great game. Most are pushing 50 now. I'm just saying a nice bartender here in the states is by far innocent if anything fair to try. Compared to the only thing you could find here in the states besides the bartender. Which would be the club girl. I'm going to bring up a girl in the club which where I live used to be a famous club called LIV(check movie on netflix war dogs with jonah hill bradley cooper) is always better than the gym girl. So check out instagram feeds. Due to pandemic here in the states the game. Especially mall game is way different. And seriously considering mall game.

So I would say it varies a lot based on the location they work at and their age. The fact that she can hold a job as a server says that she has good people skills and probably isn't going to be a "Karen."

Yes, I agree that the shift schedules are absolute garbage and this is definitely a minus.

As far as point #4, if have good awareness, you can determine if she has genuine interest. Particularly if she's not the server at your table.

I worked as a bartender in the past and you get pulled on by chicks all the time, they give you their numbers etc, and it happens on a daily basis.

So for your female colleagues its the same; their penis pipelines filled to the max and above. They get tons of numbers too as in the job as a bartender you a easy approachable in the social setting you are in.

Its btw a great way for guy to easily talk to loads of chicks with no effort and get numbers.
