Be the boss with your woman and she will follow you

The relationship between you and a woman should be a boss to employee type. In every business or company, someone has to take on the responsibilities of leadership. If there are only two people (as in you and your woman) you can't have two leaders or two followers. Somebody has to take the lead. In a relationship between a man and a woman, the natural order of things is for the man to lead and the woman to follow. Women are naturally programmed to submit in the presence of a strong, dominant male.

As for being the boss with your woman (or women), imagine you were the head of a company and you were interviewing people for five new positions. Let's say that you decided to interview 200 people for those 5 jobs. That means that after you are finished, you have to reject 195 people. Wouldn't you be very picky about who you decided to give a job to? Also, because there is large pool of applicants with varying degrees of education and work experience, you can really pick who you think would be the best fit for you and your company.

You have to treat a woman like she is a person interviewing for a job in your company (or stable in pimp terms). The most important thing to remember is that you have to let the woman choose your company (choose to be your chick). Most guys see a woman and choose her based on looks or something and the female hasn't even chosen them and that is why most guys get rejected when they approach females. Player_Supreme has a good post on this topic in the Mature Section called Observation.

Choosing a female first when she hasn't chosen you will only lead to getting rejected, hurt, frustrated, etc. If you want to know how to make yourself as inviting and attractive as you can in order for a woman to want to choose to come join your company (stable), then take advantage of all the good tips and posts on this site about how to attract women instead chasing them like a fool.

Now, as I have stated it is all important that SHE CHOOSES YOU FIRST. Then you have the OPTION of whether you choose her or
not. Here's a perfect example of what I'm talking about. Have you ever been a situation where some chick was attracted to you but the feeling definitely was not mutual? Maybe she was overweight or unattractive or annoying or all of the above. Now, she chose you but you never chose her. I know this kind of sounds like common sense but the fact is that most guys commonly make this very mistake because most guys automatically choose a chick upon first sight of her based on looks. This is a bad thing to do because you never looked to see whether SHE CHOSE YOU FIRST. Now your the pursuer, she's the pursued. Your the chaser, she's the one being chased. Women are extremely good at detecting what a man is thinking and if you choose her first just because you see her and she's cute with a nice body, SHE WILL pick up on that and read it in your eyes and body language. She will then automatically place you in the huge group of about 90% of the men she encounters who all chose her first without her choosing them. She really wants a guy that SHE wants to chase and pursue. You both can't chase each other, you'll be like two dogs chasing each other around in a circle. I think I've said enough on this subject for someone to think about so I'm out.

I don't agree with the analogy of a company. The reason is that when hiring someone, your only goal is to get the best person fit for the position and that's it. When you are out talking to girls, your only goal is to get her # or get laid etc. Both situations require two different processes to reach the goals. It was a very nice attempt to portray it in that sense but the truth is it's a lot more complicated and "in its own category" than that.

As for the approaching random girls based on if you are attracted to her or not, I completely agree. When she hasn't chosen you first you are taking a huge risk and should automatically expect the end result. What a true don juan does is increase the odds in his favor by doing things to get them to show a small amount of interest first. For example, being fit and smelling good and dressing nice. Doing things such as this gets females to notice you and show that little bit of interest which can be some eye contact or her playing with her hair. And that's usually the ideal time to approach her.

When approaching without any signals you should attempt to have some "escape clauses" or just start off with a line that forces her to show some type of signal corresponding with her interest level in you. I do not encourage this approach. I encourage the don juan who increases personal attributes about himself to create a "pool" of females that he has the oppurtunity to choose from then approach and is more likely to get there numbers and decrease rejections. I barely touched the topic but thought I should give a little input.

No offense, Private Player but I can see that you are new to this forum so I understand why you didn't get my analogy of the boss to employee. I really went into some Pimpology 101 when I spoke about the boss, company, employee topic. If you learn about the Pimp game, you'd know exactly what I'm talking about. But hey, the is the purpose of this forum is to learn and also to discuss and exchange ideas and to also to disagree or have a differing opinion about somethinng. So just keep learning the same way I did and still continue to. I'm out.

I have little patience reading any posts more than 2 paragraphs.

But I'll "GUESS" what you're trying to say is that dating a woman is like a job interview. She is the one that is supposed to impress you while you're there to judge. Cause you'll be the one who will spend money (pay checks).

Unfortunately, she will be the one that will give you that 1-3 Month summary of your performance rather then you (The Boss) And mostly girls do most of the quitting (breaking up) before you will ever "Fire" her.

When you "interviewing" a woman for a job with your "company", the purpose is to find the best person for that position.

Maybe I should have given a little more information to make my point clear.

In the pimp game, all hoes don't occupy the same position and different hoes do play different roles in the pimp's stable.

For example, you have the most important chick in a pimp/mack's
stable and she is called the bottom b*tch.

This is the type of chick that is loyal, dependable, and would bail your a$$ out if you got locked up. In the non-pimp or square world, she is known as the housewife or good girl type.

No pimp can run his stable effectively without one.

She is the one that "holds him down" and takes care of him and usually has a nurturing instinct in her personality. She is the one who would nurse you back to health if you were sick.

So in simple terms, think of her as your wife-type of chick.

Now, if your a player or a mack, you can have different chicks who serve different purposes. The bottom b*tch or wife-type serves one purpose, to take care of you. That is HER JOB.

But, wife-types are not always the most spontaneous or fun-types of chicks and you may need a chick (or chicks) to help fill your need for some fun and excitement.

If that is the case, then you may want to "interview" some chicks for the mistress, freaky chick, or side piece job.

In simple terms, this is the chick or (chicks) that you have just because they bring fun, pleasure (mainly sexual), and excitement to your life. Giving you pleasure is HER JOB.

But now let's say you want a chick that can take care of you financially. So you now you start "interviewing" for a chick that has money to spoil a guy and doesn'st want anything other than for you to "hit that a$$" right.

With all the women who are making money nowadays, there are plenty of them out there.

The best ones are in older chicks in their 30's or 40's who still look good enough to bang and would love to have a strong, young man "knock that booty".

Hitting you off with some money, gifts, vacations, favors, etc. is HER JOB (and she will be happy to do so as long as you keep her smiling and walking funny, ya feel me?)

I hope maybe some of you who didn't get my original analogy of the boss and employee thing better understand this concept now.
