“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

You can do what you like mate, but it's not a miracle cure, it's just a list of what to do. Gaining mass and strength takes a long time. IMO if you're on a routine and gaining, just stick to it, then consider changing things when you plateau psychologically or physically.

Im only considering doing it due to the fact i have access to a gym for 4 days, and want to make the most of it.

I think i need to take a break from 5x5 as im stalling on ohp, bent over rows and dips, but im not sure if doing this would mess up my gains on the current program im on.

LOL and how would you know, have you ever trained when on drugs to compare when training natural? Drugs are highly overated, it's mainly about training hard, eating right and sleeping well. If I was to take steroids now it wouldn't really help me, my hormone levels are saturated at this age so there is no need.

MM
Yeah right!! I've trained with guys on drugs, they can put on muscle and not even go to the gym. It's like going through puberty again but extreme. Even when going through puberty you put on good muscle without going to the gym.

You ought to do some research into this before you comment on it.

Hormone levels are saturated hahaha.

If you guys desperatly want to train more days and do a bodypart splits, research one of Charls Poliquin's programs.

If you think the guys at the Mr O are natural, you need to wake up and step into the REAL WORLD.

DRUGS WORK. Why do you think so many athletes take them?

Man you have a lot to learn.

If Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler and all of the rest got like that just by genetics, and beef, chicken, and rice, i'll shut my mouth. You haven't the slightest idea of what these guys take, or you wouldn't be making that statement.

LOL whatever, nice way to discredit those who train using roids whilst you stick with your 13" guns and just say steroids are the reason for success.

LOL coming from the guy who thinks guys who take roids can add appreciable muscle without training.

Yes if you're young and full of hormones roids converts it into eostrogen, looks like you're the one who needs research.

I think you need to read better. I said they are overated and diet, training and sleep are the main factors. I also said at my stage they are uneessary as my hormone levels are high enough without the need of steroids. Just as you said I'm not aware of what these guys take, neither are you. Drugs work when used corretly, and that includes using them at the right times in appropriate does. It is prefectly possible to get huge with no drugs, and also possible to take drugs with little benefit.

You are correct. It is perfectly possible to look like Ronnie Coleman, and EVERY guy in FLEX magazine WITHOUT ROIDS. What was I thinking.

I've never been one to discredit anabolic uses as I will be using them myself in a year or so. You have to know what you are doing and train fvcken hard if you want to keep your gains after a cycle. As for my guns, I have no idea, but I am over 90kgs lean.

I'm not going to bother myself answering you other idiotic statements.

That's impossible, for example in that day I outlined there is over an hour of JUST warm ups, rest periods and time to change weights. That doesn't include the time spent actually LIFTING the weights. Plus I train at the school gym so I have to wait for people to finish using stuff sometimes, which can add even more time to the total.
That is WAY over the top for warming up.
Did you know that you only need to warm up for you first exercise and you don't need rests in warm ups.

Think it's too early for you to be considering using roids in a year's time. You need to use minimal amounts only when your natural potential is reached so that you don't end up messing your body up and making it dependant on higher doses. Maybe when you're 23-24, start to consider it.

Yeah but the main reason he wants to use them is so he can keep gaining/not lose mass while he's training for MMA, because he had to quit all that to gain the muscle he has now (IIRC, forgive if i'm wrong)..perfectly decent use for steroids/AAS

LOL, just eat a bit more, hardly AAS worthy ... keep mass, 90 kg leanish isn't exactly hard to keep is it? As I said people use roids way too early, end up upping and upping dosages then by the time they have some mass, they can't improve because they need higher and higher dosages that causes health problems.

Are you sure about only warming up for the first exercise? What if you are doing something like deadlift - bench press - power clean? I suppose you could skip the warm ups for the power cleans since deadlifts use all the same muscles and are a similar movement, but don't you need to warm up your upper body separately? I do like to do a warm up for power cleans anyway though, since it is so dependent on technique, I like to practice the movement a few times with a lighter weight before I start my work sets.
I think you have outgrown that program. Time to move to split training. That is a beginners program and is grown out of very quickly.

But you are right about needing to warm up for separate muscle groups, I was thinking split training.

Charls Poliquin recommends to always do power cleans as the first exercise because they require coordination that is deteriorated after heavy lifting.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

EDIT:

I'm going to stop talking about drugs from now on because this is a forum for beginners and kids and I don't want anyone getting the wrong idea.

I don't mind taking the risks associated with drugs. That's just my decision.

As for the eat more comment, CNS damage will not be reversed by upping the food intake. I used to spend weekends in bed covered in bruises and muscle soreness, downing as many pain killers as possible just so I could sleep. Food dose not help.

Alright, I'm chewing my way into this workout. Just read it over again and I don't see any deadlifts scheduled at all.

There a reason for neglecting it?

I'm probably going to avoid heavy deadlifts for another month or so, so it's not much of a concern to me, yet I'd like to know the logic behind it.

1. Squat 3 x 5
2. Overhead press 3 x 5
3. Power clean 5 x 3
4. Weighted dips 3 x 5
5. Weighted decline situps 3 x 5

The whole thing with warm ups, rest periods, etc took me 2 hours. I do take long rest periods though, up to 4 minutes for stuff like heavy squats.
hell i typically work out something like that but with 2x5s (one less set) BUT i'm warming up like this:

http://www.ironaddicts.com/Warm-ups.html

for the squats & deads in particular, it takes a very long time to work up to workset weight.

i agree with whoever said you're fine as long as you're not actually hungry while still working out (d&b did i just agree with you again?)

so to clarify, MM, are you including warmups in those sets or are they separate?
