“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Anyone else playing Basketball as their cardio?

Monday: Warmup basketball 1 hr. 30 minutes. Hit Chest hard.

Wednesday: Warmup basketball 1hr 30. Light chest, hard core.

Friday: Warmup Basketball 2 hrs. light everything

Rest on Weekends.

I really like me some bball haha. Just curious to know If anyone here plays as part of their workout. I'm on a cut if anyones cares to know.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Basket ball is amazing for cutting and cardio. Basically high intensity cardiovascular with a twist. Whenever I did it I had no belly fat but also left me tired after playing for 2 hrs. Played all throughout high school and I was a skinny twig with no fat. I don't play these days but I don't need it anymore for cutting. Basketball does give you that head rush feeling though (adrenaline maybe?) and I loved that.

You don't want to solely depend on it for cardio but you can absolutely mix it in as part of it... I would definitely not just go with that for all of it though... Variety is key and mixing it in is ideal though...

My personal trainer said basketball is good for cardio, and even better for warm up before working out.
