I've noticed lately I have poor posture when walking.

I seem to arch forwards slightly, as if i have a bend in my body. I'm not sure if this is a recent phenomena or something i have always done.

If its recent, its possibly a result of the gym, now when i try and correct myself, I almost feel there is some resistance in the muscles in my lower back, as if they’re pushing against me when I try to straighten completely, if that makes sense. Could it be due to the increased mass?

anyone else experienced anything similar, any ideas?

Cheers.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

now diablo has kindly reopened this, does anyone else have any idea?

I should of said i searched about posture, but a lot of the replies are more about good body language.; than specificly poor posture.

maybet hats all it is; poor body language, but I still wonder if it may be a result of the gym?
