"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

when you guys have a bad day and then still go out and sarge- how do you guys pull yourselves out of that state where you feel like complete crap?

you know what i am talking about, when you don't want to approach but do it anyways- you feel like crap, she's all like 'WTF?' and you'd much rather be at home watching TV or playing video games. i am talking about horrible days, the days when all of your insecurities creep out at you, you are self-concious and stiff because you feel as if people are watching you and you are just totaly completly incongruent.Truthfully, i pull some lame a$$ lines anyways and i don't really care about the girl or the outcome (i know it sound terrible) i am just doing it to get over that anxious feeling that milisecond right before the approach- i want to actually feel positive that i am approaching eventually.

Why sarge on a day like this? because i have heard that getting used to being able to function in that state, and feeling the fear and doing it anyways- is the best way to conquer that feeling.
Is there any truth to this?

just plowing through, even if it's a rejection because every rejection is a chance to grow and develop a 'thicker skin'.
every rejection is a chance to grow and develop a 'thicker skin'
every rejection is a chance to grow and develop a 'thicker skin'
every rejection is a chance to grow and develop a 'thicker skin'
every rejection is a chance to grow and develop a 'thicker skin'

thats right keep on telling yourself that...:D

god , eventhough i know it's making me touger and more resiliant
to rejection- at the end of those days..i can't help but feel pissed off.Of course i feel better then not putting myself out there and having more balls then average guys do..but still- that feeling of rejection sucks.:( and i am left thinking about the rejections more then the successess...Doh! I am really in the stage of just collecting as many ##'s as i can and just getting used to the approach itself. I never imagined it would be soo nerve racking- compared to the 'passive seduction' that i am used to, this seems way more challenging to start out with.

oh well, back to the drawing board..

P.S.
i ran a S.S. pattern the other day on a really hot russian girl..and she asked me if i was on drugs  the only i could think of to say was '...so do you think the rock star David Bowie is hot?' to top things off, i freaked out and shook her hand -then left!

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Sarging isn't a job, you're suppose to have fun. If you rather stay home and play video games, then do it. Hell I know when 24 comes out on dvd, my next 3 days is spent watching it ... sex ... **** you im watching 24.

i know , but i can't help but feel like a lil b!tch for punking out. i ain't gonna lie, i actually feel scared to approach on those days- not soo much of rejection or the girl, but that cracked out anxious feeling of just being out there. The feeling of being uncomfortable is a major aspect of it..yeah yeah, i know i am btiching alot :D

total randomness is just that. random. you never know if it'll be something brilliant that you laugh for about 10 minutes straight, or a complete bomb that just makes things akward. but hey, life's a game, its full of risks. whats the point of playing if you dont play to win?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
