Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

Then you'll both have bad breath...Problem solved.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

*UPDATE*

Ran into this chick again a few weeks ago. No bad breath this time, so I went for her number haha. She acted quite interested that night and was happy to give up the number.

Didn't do anything with it until today. Like I said before, her face is so-so and this didn't make me eager to pursue her. But her body is awesome so I thought what the hell, let's try to get into those panties... Sent her a text asking if she wanted to go for drinks.
She replied: "A few weeks ago, I would've immediately said yes but I've been dating a guy since one month so I don't think it'd be right to meet up with you as well. Hope you understand!"

Just curious how you guys would play this. Just brush it off with "Cool, no problem" and leave it at that? Or try to push a little harder by saying something like "Who said we were going on a date? There's nothing wrong with two people just having drinks and talking to each other, right?"

Sounds like she was interested but just being respectful. Seems genuine enough.

I'm not sure I would even respond. If so a simple "OK" would be the most effort I'd put into it.

As you've indicated there's nothing overly special about this one so I'd probably leave it be.

Yeah, that's what I ended up doing, just said: "OK, cool."

I was just wondering if it was a bull**** story, you know... It's been 3 or 4 weeks since I asked her number. Now she tells me she would've immediately said yes if I had texted her "a few weeks ago, but I've been dating a guy for a month now".

Seems a bit too coincidental... I asked her number a month ago and she basically says she's been dating this other guy pretty much since that exact week. It kinda seems like she was disappointed about me waiting a month before texting her (a bit more than the three day rule, haha) and now she wants to let me know I waited too long and she makes up this bull**** story about dating another guy since that exact same week, as if she wants to let me know I should've texted her soon after asking her number.

Don't know if I'm overthinking but it seems plausible. That's why I was contemplating whether I should push on some more, perhaps she didn't want to just say yes so easily after I let her wait a whole month, perhaps she wanted me to put in a little more effort before agreeing to meetup.

Don't know, don't care... I'm just trying to get more plates spinning and thought I could use her for that, lol. Onto the next one!

Why not just do the obvious, here? I had a LTR who had an unpleasant genital odor. I brought it to her attention in a very careful way. She was shocked and immediately became self-conscious. It turns out she had an infection that she may not have noticed on time had I not told her. She visited her OBGYN and the odor was gone in a matter of days. Needless to say, she made sure she showered thoroughly and asked me if her genitalia were up to my standards (yes, she really did ;)). She thanked me and mentioned gaining respect for me afterwards.

Another time, I had a woman with bad breath. I also brought it up to her attention. Now, she makes sure to have a minty-fresh breath before coming over to see me. Some of these women are completely unaware of their situations, given that most men--DJs included--don't have the courage to tell them. Don't be one of those men!

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Man I hate that "grigio breath" when they have had too much white wine.

OP I think she was just peeved you didn't call sooner, and you replied perfectly. You will probably get to get that ass bouncing next time you see her.

Die Hard, Bruce Willis probably texts like a high school girl, too. Don't feel bad.

Though, he probably texts the next day.

My vote is for #3:
"Who said we were going on a date? I just want dat sexy ass of yours on my c0ck."

Send this and post back what she says.

Back to the original message in this thread, personal hygiene has actually become more important for me as I've gotten older and one thing I've learned about taking care of bad breath is that cinnamon actually works best in destroying the germs/bacteria or whatever it is on your tongue or mouth that's causing it. It can be gum, candy, whatever, just so long as there's some strong cinnamon it will help. This goes as much for men as it does women because I get sick of talking with guys who practically have halitosis and make no effort to do anything about.

And this goes for business interactions too guys...keep that in mind.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
