I have recently got this pretty bad and wondered if anyone has any tips, help or has it too.

I've got it. Tanning works. Accutane is the only solution that has worked full time for me. Scrubbing your back with a wash cloth at least once a day helps keep it down as well.

I used to have it real bad. Now it has cleared up. I think I grew out of it for the most part, and I changed my diet. Yeah like Skilla_Staz says, tanning helps!
