“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey guys.

I have been working out maybe for 2 months now and I have been having some back problems. Nothing to bad but when I tilt sometimes I can feel my back hurt a little, I try to pop it and I hear my back pop or when I start to do chest-flys when I pick up the weights I can hear my back pop. I was wondering what your advice was or if anyone had any insight as to WHY my back hurts.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Lower back? Does it hurt if you're just sitting normally (after a while)? Do you do leg lifts?

It sounds like it's either exertion or you need to work on your lifting technique. Lower back pops are common to both muscle strains and tendon/ligament problems.

I would talk to your GP if the pain feels like it extends down the middle of your knees (hard to describe in English :/) or it does not get better in 2-3 weeks from when it started. You might be interested in looking up some gentle back stretches.

No it isnt the lower back more like the midback, I also dont have a problem sitting down just when I tilt or put pressure on certain parts of my back. I am thinking of going to one of those massage places and having them just massage the crap out of me ....I just hope it isnt anything serious.

Most of the bad ones I've heard of are lower back. I wouldn't worry too much. Do what Quagmire suggested, get your massage and do a couple stretches. If for some reason it does not go away then do goto the GP.
