Be careful guys make sure to get your back's x-rayed and fully checked out by your doc. Cuz last week I just found out that from weightlifting or breakdancing ( I dunno really ) that these 2 bones in my lower back snapped little bit... And whats even worse is that I didn't even knew that this had happaned. I had little pain and irritation at times but it was managable. He even said that If i let this continued for few more years that i my nerve all over my lower body would be damaged. So for now I cant play basketball, weightlift, run or do anything that puts pressure on my back sucks!!!

What are they doing to prevent any further damage besides telling you not to do any physical activity? If a bone breaks, you're going to be in pain and not be able to use that bodypart to it's full extent. Period. Sounds a little bit suss that a bone in your back sort of "snapped" and he's just telling you to take it easy, I thought it would be a major problem.

Do you know which bone? which region? Where does the pain occur?

you said lower back... so is that right above your ass crack?

Is it the lumbar region? did he say anything about it being your vertebrae? or a cartilage disk?
