I just saw this documentary on TV about the state prison system. It's terrible. They interviewed criminals like murderers and robbers, and on a personal level, they actually seemed like pretty regular people. These people are in prison for 40 years or more. Some are serving life sentences. Think about it, they will never leave prison. They never interact with women. They will never kiss a woman, or be intimate with a woman in their entire lives.
There's a special punishment in prison called the "Detention Unit", or "The Hole". This is where they put prisoners who behave badly. In the documentary they said that the people in The Hole are locked up for 6 months in a tiny cell. They only get to exercise outside of the cell ONCE PER WEEK FOR JUST ONE HOUR. And they can only shower ONCE PER WEEK.
Think about this for a second. Unlike these people, you can walk outside, do anything you want, and talk to any woman. You should be happy that you can go somewhere tomorrow and ask an attractive woman out. Don't take this opportunity for granted, some people don't have it.
