"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I've learned one lesson from two people who friendzoned me - never tell a girl that you see her as a sister, or say anything about how they remind you as an Aunt, cousin or relative or you are playing with fire and they'll take what you say and throw it back at your face with a vengence.

Ok, I didn't mention that in the past posts, but I have been making this mistake with some women, and I think it's a stickling point to my game. I get all anxious and stuff and out of fear of losing them I might try to appeal to them by saying some crap like that just either coming out of my key-board or out of my mouth. You say nonsence when you are in panic mode.

So - this is a hidden thing I never looked at - so dont tell women you see them as friends, relatives, sisters, cousins, and then be asexual around them, and this should help avoid being friendzoned.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Funny that you mentioned this, as some people would disagree with you.

Reason being, they feel if you "friend zone" THEM, you make yourself a Challenge.
This new Challenge then sparks them into action in trying to win you over.

Truthfully, this may be a "sometimes works" theory. It really depends on the woman. This is a tough one for me to call out, as I know right now, I mean literally right this minute, one woman whom I may HAVE to "friend zone" (and I feel WILL respond) and one woman whom I don't want to take a chance in "friend zoning", I don't have a good feeling about doing that to Challenge her. I'm using a bit more aloofness and distancing with her. I have a very, very good hunch that this particular woman is actually looking for a challenge.

If Number One starts pushing for me after I've LJBFed her, I will let you know.

As for avoiding being "Friend Zoned", you must maintain your sexuality around the women you desire. An occasional "Hey, you're looking hot in that dress today" comment or something sexual in effect (no perverted stuff though) , and then walk away.

And number two, NO GIFTS! NO GIFTS! NO WUSSY BOY FAVORS! NO GIFTS!

Read that last line again, please.

Signals you're being "Zoned":
"I can tell you anything".
"I just met this great guy!!"
"Can you do XXXXX for me? Thank, you're so sweet".
"You're a nice guy, you'll make a woman very happy one day."
"Yeah, all the girls were after him because he had a huge (holds out hands) ****!!"

Get the picture?

You're out, big guy.
You're done. Just leave.

are you a friggen troll?

This was known from a long time ago.

Read Pook's ******** posts.

"Let's just be friends" means that I don't want you to see me naked.

"I love you like a sister" or other family member means "Having sex with you would be incest."

READ INCEPTOR'S ADVICE. IT IS PRETTY GOOD.

So you're saying that telling a girl that she reminds you of your old crusty aunt is a bad idea? That's incredible!

Sure. The way I see it is that at any hint of sexual tension or some sort of tension I may fold or back down. These words come out of pure anxiety. You want to connect with people in familiar and safe terms. Sort of the idea that safety and comfort - is prefered to the unknown and risk taking. This subliminates into statements like that - or an appeal for friendship.

Sort of like a defendant pleading guilty in the court for a crime he did not commit to please the prosecution and getting hanged for it. I cant put my finger on it - but saying something like that to a girl is analogous to that.

Fortunately, this problem only occurred in two interactions with girls I was into - I'm an only child, and sure I would have liked a sister or someone close to confide in - but that's so bloody gay - I end up feeling bad that I invalidated myself as a bf canidate or lose credibility as a normal guy. What is this, the mother's boy syndrome or some other crap.

Anyway, like I said, it only happened with two interactions - but even if it's a blue moon mess up, it still seems like a 'sticking point' that's very, very perverse.

Then that world collapses once the girl gets laid by someone else, then I say, WTF is wrong with me - enough with this nonsence.

Think I have a 'streak' of this somewhere (not as bad as described there), and it's fvcking up my game. I end up asking my dad for permission to meet someone from adultfriendfinder and consulting my parents about it - again, a 'streak' there. Got to be careful about these 'stickling points'.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

These are people, two of them, which I meet from lavalife, which I am no longer in contact with since one of them crash and burned, while the other I just decided to stop contact since she wanted friendship. This back like last year and in January - but it just dawned on me, maybe I contributed to the results by saying those things and so I should not be so hard on them - since their personality was probably stronger than mines was so I just tended to say certain things that conformed to their expectations, or lack of expectations of me.
