Planning on asking out a soon to be former coworker in a couple weeks; however, I know she has a thing for one of my colleagues. Was gonna ask her for drinks or something similar.

I have to wait a couple weeks because I don't think it'd be a good idea to ask her until we are officially former co-workers. Made sense initially, though I feel kind of pissed right now this has dragged out for a bit.
