Look, you never ask a girl out. Its simply the typical thing to do.

Now, simplify your ways and know that you don't always have to ASK her out. In other words, just let the bf-gf phase basically just fall in to the relationship.

What you need is to basically tell her that you think she's cool/fun/exciting to be with and would like to spend time with her. Always know where and when you want to spend time with her because it keeps sh*t clear. And when you have her at the fair/park/mcdonalds, you are almost half way there. Now you've stepped to level 2 in the process which is to get close to her. Kino, talking about intimate topics while keeping it light and fun is very helpful. If you and her are feeling the vibe, hold her hand and lead her to where ever you go together. Afterwards if you have any intelligence you know that you should raise the intimacy until you kiss her and f*ck her..boom badda bing. go get her man, she's waitin on ya!
