"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I'm just sharing this tip as a very practical piece of advise.

For a while I struggled with how to ask a girl out. "Do you want to hang out?" in my opinion sounds a little too passive, while "do you wanna go out some time?" is sometimes too forward and kills the mystery.

For those girls whom you maybe have flirted with a bit, but don't know too well, try this one. I've had a lot of success with it lately:

"Do you wanna get together some time?"

or

"This was fun! Do you wanna get together again some time?"

Perfect level of ambiguity that will save you some self-respect if you're rejected (gives her a good opportunity for a soft rejection) but will also make teh girl wonder "just WHAT did he mean??" if she's interested.

Good luck out there folks.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I heard those are still not good ways to ask a girl out because it is an asking for permission type of tone, which is unfortunately a Beta way with women

By the time you're asking a girl to spend personal time with you you should already have a good sense of her interest level.

Trust me, when you see a girl from your class at lunch and eat with her then after class she comes up to say hi,

"Hey! Did you wanna get together again some time?"

Is not gonna hurt you!

In fact I believe the reply was,

"*a bit taken aback that I was so direct* uh, sure! Yeah, that sounds fun! *blah lahblah"

Like I said, asking a girl out does not have to be a big deal. The worst you can do is overthink it

well usually not only do girls expect guys to make the first move but they expect the guy to make every other single move thereafter, even asking for the second date and so on

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
