It seems to me that there is a big swing in attitudes of women back to the traditional, as they see the problems with their "liberation". First it was the barren upper 30-somethings bemoaning their decision to not have been more focused on finding a husband when they were younger with higher sexual market value, now this - women realizing that a lifestyle of hearth and home is preferable to the cubicle rat race.

I welcome this trend. :yes:

Well this is not shocking....the world is getting harder and colder, jobs are getting scarcer..naturally women want to be huddled inside by the fire while their man is out fighting in the real world.

BUT ARE THEY WILLING TO GIVE UP THEIR FEMINIST 'RIGHTS' TO DO SO.

BECAUSE IF THEY ARE NOT, THEY CANNOT BE PROVIDED THE DOMESTIC COMFORTS OF OLD.

I wonder if men are savvy enough to understand this..I don't think so.

You can't have it both ways ladies, you want the safety of the home..then the man who provides that home must be treated like a king... I don't see THAT in the article. I see talk of 'empowerment through canning!'...get the fvck outta here....

Meh. From the article it's just showing that the hipster trends are going mainstream, that's all. All it needs to say how these 30 something women are drinking pbr, wearing flannel shirts and opening esty stores. This is trendy, not a real return to domestic traditional gender roles.
