“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

whats interesting in this article?
The point is most people form their eating habits when they growing up. I can fully believe that, because a lot of my favorite foods and the things I crave are things that my mother fed me. Fortunately, my parents tried to serve balanced meals, so it's not like the guy in the article. But there are still things I struggle with, and things I would probably be better off not eating, or at least eating less of. I think they call this comfort food - food that you associate with good times, that make you feel good when you eat them.

This is one reason I had trouble sticking to a plant based diet when I tried it. I enjoyed it one one level, but ultimately I gave in to my cravings, because there were foods I wanted that I didn't want to do without. It's my weakness though, I accept responsibility for that.

If there's a lesson here, I'd say it would be to instill good eating habits into your children, if you have any. Because those habits can last a lifetime.

It took a health scare at 34 for me to finally change my diet. My blood pressure was through the roof and cholesterol was too high. It took me until this year to switch to oatmeal for breakfast (with yogurt, nuts, and berries) and salads and fruits/vegetables for lunch. The change to my physique has been amazing. Physical fitness and health is really all about diet. Working out isn't enough. I only allow myself to eat meat for dinner.

It is unfortunate but I don't think I am in the minority. Most guys don't do anything about their diet until they have a health problem. The human body is extremely resilient. You can treat it like sh!t for 30-40 years before you run into any problems.
