You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?
Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.
One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.
Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
Spot on.Falcon25 said:Masturbation makes you less aggressive when pursuing women. Porn corrupts your mind into thinking that women are sex objects. As an experienced man who has had years of experience on this topic, I would highly recommend cutting porn and masturbation to a minimum. If you don't jerk off, women also start to notice your masculinity. You are not only more aggressive, but more bold and daring. You can lift more at the gym, talk to more girls, etc. Porn is so bad for you that I can't begin to explain to you how good your life will be without it. Just stop and see. Try to cut it to once a week, then once every two weeks, etc.
Can I ask what your expertise on the subject is? Apart from years of watching (or not watching) porn?Falcon25 said:Masturbation makes you less aggressive when pursuing women. She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
I go back and fourth with the porn thing, but I think you are right. Jacking off too much can lead to depression, apathy, lack of motivation. If a grown-as$ man is jacking off more than a couple times a week it's too much. If you aren't getting laid on a regular basis, a little release actually is healthy for the prostate and such; but there is no additional benefit to be gained from jerking it daily vs weekly.Falcon25 said:Masturbation makes you less aggressive when pursuing women. I am nine years older than you. I'm 34, I've been 25, have you been 34? I have watched and felt my body grow and change and evolve the last four years more than it did in my early and late twenties. If I knew what I know now at your age, I would do many things different. The first being cutting porn and masturbation to a minimum.Boilermaker said:Can I ask what your expertise on the subject is? Please don't hold your wisdom back. Please begin to explain how those poor chaps' lives will be so "good" without porn. I can't wait to hear.
As Zarky (Baudrillard to be more accurate) says:
Welcome to the world of hyper-reality. It's the age of Second Life, Facebook, and perfect porn-stars.

I don't care what you do with your life or how much you jerk off, but I know for a fact that when I don't jerk off, I am not only more motivated when it comes to women, but I concentrate more and am stronger. Are there any scientific articles on this topic? I don't know. I can only tell you my experiences. I have done almost everything known to man when it comes to sex with women. I have experienced things that most men on here would blush about, and all those experiences came from my AGGRESSIVE and BOLD attitude. I don't have that attitude when I fuvk myself. You have to keep it to a minimum. You have to save that energy. Besides, watching porn gives you the mentality that all women are the same. This, has led me to lose a lot of good women in my life. Life is not a porn clip. Not all girls like the same thing when it comes to sex. But they ALL like aggressive, bold, and strong men. Jerking off takes those three important characteristics away from you if you keep satisfying yourself everyday, or multiple times a day. God's Speed.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
I'm 30. And I disagree.Falcon25 said:I am nine years older than you. I'm 34, I've been 25, have you been 34? That's like telling me that TV isn't the same as reality. No kidding.Besides, watching porn gives you the mentality that all women are the same. So if I became a Super Alpha, fvcked a different woman every night, then I would then become less masculine due to the fact I am cumming every night? Whats the difference in the end wether you are fvcking or jackingoff? The end result is the same...you shoot your mustard.Falcon25 said:Masturbation makes you less aggressive when pursuing women. Good point. I'm guessing that it has to do with the penis being stimulated by going into the vagina/you being with an actual woman which is a world of difference from you using your hand. This leads to a chemical reaction in your brain/body which increases your testosterone.Zunder said:So if I became a Super Alpha, fvcked a different woman every night, then I would then become less masculine due to the fact I am cumming every night? All the stuff about about masturbation making you less agressive etc etc has been the opposite for me. The more I jack it the more aggressive I seem to become.
Work that one out.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
