Hey guys I did this today, and I wanted to post it here because I suspect some of you guys like crushing arms too. let me know what you think.
A1 Close grip chin up X 6 ( Pause 2's @ top position)
A2 Preacher curl X 12
A3 Standing cable curl X 24
Rest 90's
A4 Weighted Triceps Dips X 6 (Pause 2's @ bottom position)
A5 Lying Triceps extensions X 12
A6 Standing cable press-downs X 24
Rest 90's
Repeat 3-4 times.
