"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I hit the clubs last night with my bud thanks to Veterans Day off today. I never get to go out on "Thirsty Thursday" anymore b/c I work a 9-5, and with all the college girls out, it was formerly my favorite day of the week to go out. :D

Anyways, I'm chillin with my bro, having a few Captain and Cokes, having a good old time. I'm talking to this hottie for a few minutes, and everything seems OK, she's laughing and asking question after question. Then she spits out:

hb-Aren't you a little out of my league?

me-huh?

hb-well, it's just that every girl in here is looking at you. when you walked in with your friend there, me and my friends were just like "wow"

me- (confused @ this point) ok.......

hb-i mean, you could have your pick of any girl at this bar. you know that, right?

This isn't the first time that a girl has come out and basically told me that I intimidate her. And this girl was HOT, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I got her phone#, and as we were leaving she said "I'm sure you'll call" somewhat sarcastically. wtf...

I guess my question is; how do I make myself less intimidating to highly intimidated girls?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Seems like you're doing something right. I wouldn't change something that works, bro.

Apply your game to even hotter girls if you're intimidating the locals ;)

Cheers!

next time just tell her: "your special" or "i like your eyes" tell her what makes her different from others (other then ass/tits), She will be like "oh my god, he noticed that!!!"

you know haw women always say they always want to hear haw special they are, and haw much they mean to a man. well this is it. It doesn't work with AFC because they are below her, and she knows it. WHEN A REALL MAN PAYS ATTENTION TO HER THAT'S WHEN SHE FEELS SPECIAL... Because someone as big as life (in their eyes) likes them...

Just don't make it cheesy and don't do it too much

That's the perfect answer. You were overqualified to this chick and it messed with her internals. So if that comes up again (like it probably will, since you seem cool), just qualify or give her a compliment. World righted, pants off.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

If a girl said that to me I'd turn away for a moment, have a quick look around the area and then turn back to her with a smile and say "well that's why i'm talking to you" or "i'm quite happy right here with you". Obviously not in a creepy way.

Right... I don't typically adhere to what everyone says on here. If I walked up to a girl and applied the whole c&f thing, girls would think "who the fvck does this prick think he is?"

For example, last month I was out with this girl and she said "You must get alot of girls; you're gorgeous", and I replied "Well so are you, that must mean you get alot of guys"

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
