We went to an arcade, played some games, grabbed some drinks, ate a cake, played some more, drunk some more.

At one point, I teased her for going to the loo so often, and when she came back she was “I think you should kiss me”.

Generally speaking, no. Women are not that upfront even she feels super attracted to you. The worse thing for a woman besides not getting attention is being rejected. They fear rejection like it's the plague.

My feeling is that she was pretty drunk or she is extremely open with her sexuality. One or the other.

2) Even more so if she has 7 half-pints aka liquid courage
3) Your description sounds quite masculine. And given you are cultured, that makes you attractive. Unless your face is all over the place, a Brazilian woman would dig your description.

Having said that, don't get used to that behavior. It is NOT common. It happens, yes, but it is not the norm.

Anyway, what really matters here is what did you do and what happened? Surely you held back and teased her a little more and went for it when she least expected it, correct? And please tell me you took her to your place.

wrong! depend on creations, and region, if she really is from brazil, if she only born and lived her life in other place, she will be on that place.
