I think that 1 is defo not an IOI

2 could be an IOI for another meet....or it could merely be convo filler

About 3 i prefer number close over email

Anyways.....i prefer shez's way of looking at IOIs. All of the above are IOIs. Everything....everthing she does is an IOI. That way it will aspire you to go for more with this girl thus increasing your chances and throwing out the "what if" scenerio. So.....Treat everything as an IOI.
