I have managed to get a few of them since arriving in the states. And IMO they're definately NOT worth it.
Make you work hard to get in their pants, crap in bed, b.itch and moan all the time, insecure, usually fake blonde and tanned anyway.
Any girl that pronounces "yea" as "ya", "best" as "bast" or greets her female friends as "girl" is not really worth your time...look elsewhere; there's some really interesting, smoking hot chicks on my campus!

I find it incredibly unlikely that all tall blondes are *****es. Seems unlikely. In fact I happen to know many who are not. I really don't like tall women personally but to each his own. If you think they will be *****y, then a self-fuffiling prophecy ensues and they actually become *****y. If you think of them like as being a lil silly and fun to flirt with, then that's what going to happen more often than not.
Some people are anti-social, that's true. I run into them too. The difference is I don't generalize one person's disorder to everyone else who looks remotely similar. This doesn't happen all the time though. Tall blondes can suffer from mental disorders just like anyone else, doesnt mean the whole lot is bad.
Another idea is if you get one that really is being anti-social or otherwise acting bizzare, try out some of the craziest **** on them. If they are already acting like they need to be in a straight jacket, might as well have some fun with them =) but for god's sake don't give them a real name or let them know where you live. Best to go to their places if they are a little unbalanced.

I've had insanely hot chicks that absolutely sucked in bed. I guess they think they can just lay there because they are hot.
