Are Don Juans "High Maintenance"?

We sometimes talk about women who are high maintenance. These are usually women who have self-esteem issues, and need to have their egos stroked constantly.

However, the other day I asked myself, "Am I a high maintenance guy?" I'd have to say that the answer is YES. If a woman isn't keeping me happy but is making me miserable and becomes sexually unsatisfying, I'll have the desire to move onto something else. I cannot be with a woman for the sole purpose of companionship. She needs to be a positive addition to my life, or she's not worth keeping around.

Yes, DonJuans are high maintenance, but the output comes before anybody gives you any input. Unless you are not a Don of course... than the input comes first, and you respond...

My penis is VERY high-maintenance. Fortunately the job seems to be very fulfilling for those who are lucky enough to secure the post.

It's a good question, and compared to many AFCs, a DJ might prove a challenge - but as we know, most women want that.

Ultimately I think the phrase 'high-maintenance' is so weighted with the connotations of a male owner and female possession that it doesn't reverse-translate, but in general alpha males expect and are gladly given the respect, attention and financial incentives that they deserve.

Though I do see plenty of women happy with the safe, easily dominated types. Perhaps they do indeed consider a higher status male too 'high maintenance' (and prefer to wear the pants). But I reckon it's the average looking women that is most guilty of this. The uber-hotties are yearning for a real man to 'maintain'.
