"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

At 43 with what sounds like little to no social circle you're in a very awkward spot

What's left of Uk culture is heavily centred around getting absolutely slaughtered on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon

I don't think there really is anything else to do , maybe in the bigger cities there would be more options but certainly the smaller ones thats it

The country is also in a very depressive state which is probably why you're noticing all the anger and agrression.

In terms of the social dynamics It's all very "Love Island"

The UK is absolutley obsessed with reality TV culture and that show in particular really got a stranglehold on the younger generations

That is where this archetype you're referring too was born from.

A lot of people in the UK tend to fall into Hive mind and a lot of their ideologies are based on the above

Its why I left the country 3 years ago and haven't Been back since.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Hi, first post, although I've been around before years ago. It kinda feel like I need a "refresher course"..all the knowledge is there somewhere but struggling to apply it again.

In the UK there's a real common archetype bloke this decade that gets partnered up:
- 5'9" ish
- tattoos
- on and off gym (mostly off) so a bit of added muscle but poorly optimised and chubby
- looks like he needs a shower
- manual labourer
- using debt to get an Audi/BMW/Mercedes + more tattoos
- drinks every weekend, likely some drugs too
- always angry/aggressive
- untidy stubble or beard

I think I'm coming across a bit incongruous to a lot of women..

- 6'2"+ heavy weights 3-4x week
- very lean (you could say ripped)
- no tattoos
- laid back (probably too chilled)
- clean shave every 4 days
- no drink, smoking or drugs (the no booze is a big thing socially in UK)

It seems birds now expect a gym build to be associated with tattoos, "hard-living" and that whole aggressive gymtard persona.

Maybe I come across as married or cucked..dunno.

Hello anyway
I like this post and the comparison.
I’d say the obvious thing seems to be the archetypical bloke is “on trend “ -w the tattoos.
And you are not.
He is also a manual labourer which is more masculine also vs a desk jockey job. Quite a large % of women do dig a tatted up, tradie archetype. And chicks also like to drink and party. (And do party drugs too )

But with you being taller and more ripped in comparison
I’d say the problem is you are too laid back and chilled . Usually a common problem w guys afaics is they are still too Nice Guy with women and need to learn to be more aggressive.
have more sexual intent when approaching and interacting women. And be bolder.

also if you have a fit rig - definitely show it off
My 2cents.

All sound comments, thanks.

One of my regular things to do is weekend mornings in the gym. A nice chilled crowd of regulars, and by the time will very likely not be drinkers, more health focussed. I'll slow down my workout to a couple of hours, less intense and more social.

This is versus your 5pm weekday gym people who'll train during the week then party at weekend.

Any attempt at socialising past 6pm in this country seems pointless now.

I've always been laid back and had luck with things working well for me. You are right that I need to step up action from the comfort zone.

I'm happy to forego the party girls, that culture just doesn't interest me. Ethnic girls drink much less and don't like the "tradie stereotype"..those seem to be my new preference.

One way to think about all of this:

In the contemporary Anglosphere, fellas like this https://youtube.com/shorts/puIt8lKf31M?is=eWf2IDWSkNj1YpXo are currently the only demographic(s) who exhibit something approaching a virile edge. The other 98% of the male population consists of either

-Intersectionalist male allies, who mistook voting Harris for moral superiority, have spent every microsecond of their lives from '15-today feigning outrage over everything out of a certain POTUS's mouth. These milk sops don't hesitate to inform everyone of their preferred pronouns, strive to ensh-tify this planet into a so-called "Safe Space, and generally defend the existence of Bias Response Units on campus

-Devout parishioners in The Church Of Toe Rogan/some other content creator. By now, we've all encountered quite a few of these boneheads, who excel at THEORIZING about being a man/have perhaps even taken sh-t tons of steroids and undergone some pseudotraining at their local strip mall McDojo. Y crap out miserably in the face of actual conflict, are clueless as to the swiftest and most effective way to either incapacitate or "unalive" someone in actual brawl. They probably have at least on tattoo of Mushashi, though they've at best skimmed over dude's screed, have no desire to read it closely and it's entirety

Thus, gents like Money and The Beast in the linked video have panties drenching by the billions, even though they're clearly not "good people"
