Everybody is just as scared as you when you first making an approach. Everybody chickened out 5 times before actually doing it. I know I did, atleast.

Approaching a girl is kind of like taking a plunge into a VERY cold pool(or taking a cold shower). The more you do it, you still feel scared, you still feel uncomfortable when you actually do it, just the more you do it, the more you are aware of how its going to feel and all the positive outcomes. You know you have to do it sooner or later, and if you dont have the willpower to do it, you might as well go home, smoke a pack of cigarettes and jack off.





And Yes, cold showers do have good side effects.
