This 20 HB9 who was apparently with her mom was checking me out in the coffee shop a few weeks ago, but i didn't know how to approach her in front of her mom. I'd like to hear any ideas on this as well. I was in the EXACT same situation about a month ago. I was getting out of my summer school class, while new student orientation was going on. They were giving a campus tour to a bunch of incoming students. I immediately spotted a HB8. We made EC from about 15 feet away and both locked on to eachother without looking away. As I was approaching I was getting ready to chat her up and # close her when I noticed that her dad was right by her side in this group tour. I still held EC as I was walking by and was pissed at myself for missing out on a really HB.

Well, parents have an idea what dating is all about. They usually don't object to it unless they are headcases. It can possibly be flattering for a girl to get hit on in front of her parents. Plus the parents will brag it up to everyone they know. So it is really a potential win-win situation.

When making EC, walk in a direction near her and with a smile, nod your head to the side. (You know, the non-verbal way of saying "Come here for a second.").

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
