Approach-Number-Pull in

Alright so I think these are the three key steps to getting a girl. I need tips on approaching and meeting them in high school. Step number 1, just getting to know the girl, like..going from that stage when you see her in the hall, to talking to her.
Then onto step 2, which is getting the number after talking to her.
Then after texting her, pulling her in and getting her on your team.
I need tips on all of these.
Any advice?

Join every club, community service project, after school thing that you can. These are the best ways to meet new girls. Meet them then escalate quickly, never risk the friend zone. After you meet them, make sure you say "Yeah! We should hang out again, here, i'll text you *as you pull out your phone and offer to them for their number*"

In order for the number close to work, make sure you pick a target early, and make a focused effort to get to know her, but don't neglect anyone else in the room.

Don't overuse texting. Have a goal in mind when you text, only text to reach that goal.

"How was your day? Did you have fun blahblahblah" sucks. Don't say that sh!t.

I'd say you should spend 1 week minimum and 2 weeks max building comfort before you try to get into her pants. Maybe even less if you text her often (i don't have texting)

go for it whenever. vibe and flow man. don't be stuck thinking you have to meet standard xyz.

My three stages (legit) pre-approach, post-approach, isolation. I don't like putting any focus on the approach because I just blend it in casually. Pre-approach is just walking around, being normal, being cool. Isolation is something like "Hey, come over here."
