Hey all,

I've just decided to work on bulking up from my 5'11'' 140 lbs. scrawnyness...

I've never been known to have a big appetite and looking at some of the dietary suggestions in the stickies, I don't know if I can acually eat enough to make that kind of change.

Anyone know how to increase your appetite besides just eating till you think your going to puke?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

How do you eat an elephant??? in lots of little bits.

You will slowly get used to it. Sometimes you'll fill like you need to puke but that's all part of it.

cardio will help stimulate the metabolism and increase appetite..

otherwise just cultivate the pregnant look and you should do well. :D
