Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Hi guys, story goes like this. About a month ago i had to prepare for my college semester exam. As i had a lot of catching up to do, i didnt eat as per normal (5-6 meals a day). That made me lose 7 pounds:( Now that everything is over and i'm able to eat like before, for some reason my appetite sucks. When i have the food in front of me i feel like my stomach is full and even kinda nauseous.

I'm still training normally so thats no issue. What can i do to recover my appetite? I'm really determined to gain back that 7 pounds and continue bulking.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Are you doing morning cardio? What does your diet look like? What time do you eat your first meal? How do you go about drinking water (drink while eating, before eating, after eating?), are you taking any supplements?

Depression?
That was my problem, and YES it does cause loss of appetite. Less stress and B-Complex vitamins solved it for me. I felt instantly better after I took the vitamins, but the healing process takes awhile.

A good diet helps too. Lots of fruits and veggies and green leafy stuff.
